    Crystal Palace Historic

Post by paul thomas on Mon Aug 22, 2011 12:32 am

GPLea Crystal Palace for GTR2 and GTL , converted by Ken , (MotorFX) converted to Netkar Pro by Ippai. Cams by Sergio Marques.

Based on the real layout used in 1953 until 1972 in London, UK.
Its a fun track at just 1.39 miles.

For those of who are having framerate problems. First copy and replace texture folder, if your still having bad frame rate then copy and replace kto

Wow! Thank you and thank you for Goodwood. I wish I had thanked you in a more timely manner.

No problems here Paul, but only tried it offline testing. ATI 6870 if that helps.

    Thanks Paul Thomas.
I tried the full "cp fps" update and went from about 147fps at the pits on start-up to 212fps! I waited to try it thinking it wasn't needed. I'm sticking with it.

Thanks Paul for the fps fix. My laptop is 3 years old (2x 256mb SLI cards) and struggles on the more fps intensive tracks - mugello, the Ring - I've gone back to v sync as all I need is 60fps to mirror the refresh rate. I was getting 90+ for most of the track but I have a race on RD wednesday and will see how it goes with a big field.
