    Just give the track + car info that'll be used for the fun event at least 1-2 days before. This will get more people in.. . So they can make their car setup(s), 'learn' the track with the certain car and being more relaxed at the event day, than being thrown "into the cold water" by not knowing what to expect. = more relaxed and epecially more enjoyable fun and better driving + competition.

    Hello guys, what about a nice race tomorrow?

    I'm proposing Mugello GT3 or GT2. What do you think about it?
    Just a simple fun races between friends.
