how to create a grid/box/pit in KofLite

Post by Andrea Lojelo on Tue Jun 08, 2010 5:57 pm

creating a grid/box/pit with kofLite is extremely simple:

-go in the physic track tab
-click on the object you want to position, for example the grid position#1(NKTR_START1)
-with your mouse and arrows you will choose where you want to locate it and press S. Your will see a arrow. That's your car.
-to rotate the arrow just write the number of degree you want to rotate it (0-359. you can use even negative values, or numbers >360, eventually, but I haven't tested it)

at the end export your settings in {your track}\servernkrefs.ini

Thanks to Kunos and Si3v to help me out with this!

    Super tips Andrea .
And to think that I spend three hours to put my pit / box / start by changing the values one by one .
With your help, I could do in 5 min.

Any tips for the flag.ini ?

A quick question, what are the duplicates with the d for (above the selected in the list)?

My in no way informed guess would be it's for a second grid (as some circuits have (but that doesn’t explain the additional pits and box))
