raga perchè io vedo dei piani negli alberi??
sento un ritardo tra l'input che dò con lo sterzo e quello che fa il gioco, perchè??
why i view in the trees some perpendicular planes??
i feel a lag between what i do with the wheel and what the game do , why??

I just saved a replay and clicked exit to go back to menu and my monitor lost signal. Nothing I did could get it back. Hard to hard reset pc.
Had to disable my second monitor to get it to even display the game on the other one. Still a bit glitchy and graphics performance is quite poor. Some settings seem to be eating a lot of performance for no reason.

I wasn't expecting to have any bother running it with everything maxed but I have to turn certain things down.

Still haven't gotten around to driving it with the wheel yet though Smile

First impressions: Very very good Smile I like the greater feeling you get through the wheel when braking & mid-corner, but it feels a bit strange during (hard) acceleration & when losing traction. Dunno if it's a setting or just me, but if you floor the throttle exiting a corner there seems to be very little ffb until you see that your spinning. I've mainly been using visual clues to know when I'm about to be facing the wrong way, & by then it's usually too late Very Happy I'm using Aris' settings just with 95% gain.

Apart from that I like all the other details, especially the sound effect when you go off into the gravel & drag some kitty litter back on track. Only slightly annoying thing's having to turn off abs everytime I go to track with Pro settings. I thought Elise's didn't even have abs?

I'm afraid it's time for a new pc build to be honest. Those specs are well out of date.

Danilo, your pc will never be able to make turn AC correctly!!! unfortunately for many it will be necessary to see again their config hardware, to use AC!! it is, as all simus new generation, tres demanding in material means, and if you change graphic card, stay up has that it gere styles of drawing DX11 (c/o Nidia classifies from series 400 I believe) and that she possede at the very least 1 Go of internal memory

Allora, ho appena finito la full immersion pomeridiana. new PC title in development at Kunos Simulazioni: Assetto Corsa - Page 18 659651 La grafica, innanzitutto, è bellissima ma ha il suo prezzo. Ho una radeon 6950 2gb e i7 860 con 4gb di ram, bhè inizialmente ho sparato tutto al massimo 1920*1080 con aa4x af16x, risultato? 15 fps!

new PC title in development at Kunos Simulazioni: Assetto Corsa - Page 18 34ihjz9

I testet it too in the last hours, feels good, as I said nicely 'earthy' / solid feel.
Performance is good (Win7 32bit), here are my results, while driving at 1920x1080, full screen rendering on and motion blur off. (not tired motion blur so far):
FPS at 4xAA, 4xAF, shadow res. high: 100(min.)-122(max.),
FPS at 4xAA, 4xAF, shadow res. medium: 118(min.)-140(max.),
FPS at 4xAA, 4xAF, shadow res. low and very low: 120(min.)-150(max.),
    FPS at 4xAA, 4xAF, shadow res. low, HDR->off: 130(min.)-180(max.)
    --
FPS at 4xAA, 16xAF, shadow res. high: 83(min.)-101(max.)

So, even by just decreasing the shadow resolutions to medium, the FPS increases quite 'a lot', try that out if you want to improve your FPS performance !
Higher AF values (8x and 16x) aren't useful for higher FPS (at least with my graphic card): FPS stays quite the same at 0x-4x AF, but at a higher value than that (higher than 4xAF), the FPS drops a little bit.
(Same is for 8xAA, looks really good in that game, but FPS gets a little bit lower, but not as much as I use 16xAF.)

Also tried that alternate 'approximate AA setting', but that looks ugly, objects that are a bit more far away look like low res. objects (none or washy AA), I think it may look even better without any AA or at least 2xAA than trying this particalar option as an AA replacement.

specs: GTX 560ti [GPU clock at 925 MHZ, memory at 2309 MHZ (or 2340 MHZ as the maximum possible), needed voltage: 1,062V/1,075V],
Phenom II X4 955 3,2GHZ clocked at 3,4GHZ (+200MHZ), around 1,3V (which is even undervolted, stability testet with 'Prime', CPU temps not getting above 60°C (which is the limit)),
    OCZ 4GB DDR2 800MHZ @ cl 4-4-4-12-20.

Those settings at my GTX 560ti are the highest rock-stable (silly word among those overclockers Wink Rolling Eyes) values I can get, the same values as I used with NetKar in the last couple of months.
-It is a single Fan Zotac OC Edition, normal/factory values of that OC Ed. are: 905 MHZ (GPU), 2052 MHZ (Ram), 1,012V (but with extensive heaven-benchmarking I get graphic errors, because 1,012V is a little bit too less for the 905 MHZ GPU clock).-
I testet with Unigine's heaven benchmark a while ago, 925 MHZ for the GPU was quite the max. I could get without errors or crashing. I needed to increase the GPU voltage for that of course to stay 'rock-stable' at that GPU clock (+0.050V/+0,060V). Cards with a better cooler may get even higher (read about unbeliebvable 1000MHZ, -but that depends also on the quality of the particular GPU that works in each particular graphic card).
    ---
The FPS is quite stable at least, which I like, not such huge differences as in NK Pro where FPS could range around 100-300 (on some custom tracks).
And especially at -maybe particulary overloaded- custom tracks like Autumn Ring (first two corners freeze at a full grid), Blackwood (first chicane freeze at a full grid) or Monza (second chicane FPS drop) NKPro was lagging in performance, but I think since this is a new graphic engine AC is using, such unexpected things (massive FPS drop) will not happen anymore.
So, the question is, will the FPS stay that 'high' and stable with a full grid on track.. ? I hope so. If so the performance already is ok.

I'm still hoping for better optimization in the full game. I shouldn't be getting any drops on my rig, with 1 car on a small track with everything on max, but I am.

Wow, with Crossfire 2xGTX 670 you should indeed get a better performance (beside those micro-stuttering that still is normal with crossfire), try to 'switch off' one of those, maybe it gets better with just one card running for itself Wink. [Maybe try to set "always prefer max. performance" to "yes" via the Nvidia inspector tool, just as an idea, don't think that this is the main problem at your sys.]
    ---
btw.: What could be improved is just a visual aspect:
When you cause some tire-smoke or dirt-smoke and then drive through that smoke, it looks like you're in a ghost-car, because the smoke appears 1:1 in your cockpit..,
it is just not distracted an any way by the chassis, it stays all the way in its original form, like driving though it with a completely open 'Caprio' car.

That should be made more realistic in the final version.
    -
There are enough pure FPS all the time, but the Left-Right 'scrolling' (when driving through corners) looks not 100% fluidly at my system, it 'stutters' (but that word is too hard, because it is no real stutter) a very little bit (mirco wise), but that maybe is more a general problem in all Direct X games (when using no v sync + maybe another additional aspect -like graphic card doesn't always render each single FPS constantly enough, 'frame-latenz' effect or s.th. similar-, which leads to this).
