.... 4 all of you: are we sure we can use the logo of real car suppliers without authorization? perhaps a small logo can be used, bu to skin a complete car like mmoro did is not allowed by copyrights laws....
I'm not an expert about it, but privacy problems can occur....
I'm sure Stefano casilli ask for the authorization to marangoni for the original osella skin....

Who can check this point?

i dont think its a problem. its done on pretty much every game and has been for years. at the end of the day its free publicising for them

its an issue if you are gonna make proffit out of it but a 3rd party addon that you release for free its not a problem

anyway Brembo and Sparco are official nK partners (I think)so it should be even less a problem, no?

in my very humble opinion, the big advertisers do not have nothing to fuck NetKar pro, that have used our cars on the logo of their brand or not, as it is not intended to tarnish their image brand or make money, it is their equal, there is no right TV, and it is restricted to a small community !!

lol Mikaen Français:a mon bien humble avis ,les gros annonceurs, n'ont completement rien a foutre de NetKar Pro, et des logos de leurs marques apposés sur nos voiture, a la condition bien sur, que nous ne ternissions pas leur image de marque et que nous ne fassions pas d'argent avec!!!!étant donné que la diffusion de nos courses ne font l'objet d'aucune retombées médiatiques,(pas de presse ,pas de télé, pas de radio,rien de grand publique)en fait rien que de l'interne au silulateur.maintenant il est certains que les développeurs sont soumit a beaucoup plus de restriction au niveau de l'utilisation des noms et logos des grandes marques,tous simplement parce qu'ils les exploitent a des fins commerciales: ils nous vendent leur produits et font de l'argent!!!!!!!Ha !!! You have to put it in a folder and name it (no more than 16 letters)
