RSR Live Timing

Thank you for your work this app is the best!!

Just wondering: I had just now one valid lap, faster than my previous, that was not registered on the site nor the app.

Is someone else having the same issue?

Edit: reading the forum found out that the first hotlap is not being recorded when you "restart" from the track. That was the case. Thanks for the great app!

i see ther is times set in abarth at imola with abs on, but it is not available for this car unless u edit file, should these be allowed to stand?

Hi Paul, I just received a a lap report from you for the guy currenty in 4th position that doesn't have the ABS ON in his assists. Do you actually mean the one in 1st?

Anyway, it's not an issue, since even if you set ABS ON in the assists, if the car doesn't have ABS (tatuus, 49, xbow...), it will not activate it. I also checked if this guy has any file mismatch, and it's clean. No issue for me.

works for me can't lock up in formula abarth, edited assists file in cfg folder in my docs  abs n tc from =0 to=1  suppose doesn't really matter if making a no assists leaderboard

If possible and AC outputs an indicator for that, a note for H-shifter cars: If a seqential (=slower shifting) or H-shifter had been used during the lap, would be cool on the live timing page.
-For cars like BMW M3 E30, Lotus 49, (KTM X-Bow), ..., to separate the laptimes with & without the H-shifter method.

AC isn't giving penalties for special events such as German Fury (BMW Z4 GT3@Monza) so you can run straight through the chicanes and post unreal times. Is there a way to correct this?

I tried doing a lap and it logged my 1:35.668 as a valid lap.

I think the app will need a further tweak after this latest update.

The drag strip times on the app bear no correlation to those being set in the sim.

It seems the app is also including the time the car is sat idling on the start line waiting for the lights to go green. As an example in one car my AC time is 21.*** but the app is recording 37.***

That aside, the app is a great add-on feature to the sim. Kudos.

This problem should be solved now.
For some unknown reasons our provider had blocked some nations  . I'm really sorry for that. We asked to remove those restrictions, and now it should be fine, at least for Argentina and Thailand, where we had some users reporting the issue. If you can't reach our website either, please let us know.

game isn't giving penalties when going off track in challenge mode

I have the same problem as some other users: The app doesn't switch from green to red in some challenges.
And during drag races it doesn't get the time you need for 400(1000)m. By the way, is it possible that a future version can support unicode so special characters like "ä ö ü ß" in German are supported? I don't no what other characters have the same problem.

One thing though , I just updated the app (05) and ran a lap (zonda muggello) and it says abs was on (i just double checked its off on pro)
it was off i never use it .
Its no big deal, I was just letting you guys know in case its a bug.

Ciao  a tutti. Non riesco a far partire l'RSR live timing, infatti dopo averla installata quando faccio partire AC vedo che fa il loading del circuito e dell'auto e poi si ferma sulla schermata iniziale di AC. Ho provato a disinstallare e reinstallare il tutto ma senza risultato. Di seguito quanto leggo nel file py_log:

RsrLiveTimeLog - failed to import module (No module named 'acsys')

The car has abs on by default, every time that you entry on the track has to disable it..
If you use the virtual hud from assetto corsa, you will se on the right side just up of your lap time the word ABS when is activated.....
 
I have a problem with app, never turn on red, or make a beep when i go out of the track, and all laps are counted..
with another app from (simracers) it says something about: Lap invalidator is disabled...
 
What is that??? and what i could do to arrange it?...tryed installing 4 or 5 times last update of the RSR app.

P.D: Problem solved on both app,
for some reason my race.ini was changed.
C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents\Assetto Corsa\cfg\race.ini
ALLOWED_TYRES_OUT = 2

Now it works perfect and i heard the beep...

Hi. I experienced a lot of my times disappearing from the app. All of them where legit obviously. I've lost my time for z4gt3 on monza and imola, f40 s3 on mugello, 599xx on monza, and more. It is painfull for me since they were a very good times. ANd lotus 49 on monza historic?! Holy shit, you must be kidding... I was working my ass off to get low 1,29 and now it is gone ;/ Fix this please.

All times being recorded in special events has been removed, since it's possible to cut.
We will soon publish a new version of our app that will allow only to upload laptimes in hotlap mode.
Unfortunately we had to delete also perfectly legit laptimes, but we had no way to guarantee anyone that illegal times times are not on our system.
We informed about this many times here and in the official AC forum.
Please use only hotlap mode.
