MaiDireCamber cercasi personale / staff wanted

Cercasi programmatore freelance o pseudo-tale da inserire nell'organico MaiDireCamber e che verrà coinvolto (travolto) nei prossimi progetti dedicati al simulatore Assetto Corsa.
I requisiti richiesti sono buone capacità di programmazione e predisposizione al modding, ottime motivazioni, tanta pazienza e spirito di adattamento, preciso ed affidabile. Preferibilmente italiano, non per razzismo, ma per maggiore semplicità di comunicazione. Comunque, verranno considerate tutte le persone che ci contatteranno, anche se non italiane, perchè il nostro primo obiettivo resta sempre la qualità dei prodotti da noi rilasciati.

We are looking for freelance programmer to insert into MaiDireCamber staff and that will be involved in the next projects dedicated to the Assetto Corsa simulator.
The requirements include good programming skills and predisposition to modding, very good motivations, a lot of patience and adaptability, accurate and reliable.
Preferably Italian, not racism, but for ease of communication.
However, we will consider all the people who contact us, though not Italian, because our first goal is always the quality of the products we release.

Stiamo ancora cercando un programmatore da inserire nel nostro organico, con lo scopo di sviluppare app in python, da inserire ingame, e software per AssettoCorsa.
Pe chi non ci conoscesse, aggiungo qualche lavoro da noi pubblicato e portfolio in generale...

- Il team nasce nel 2008 per partecipare a quello che ai tempi era IL campionato per eccellenza dedicato a nKPro: il GPChampionship
- Dopo (e anche durante) un paio di campionati GPC, conclusi con buoni risultati e sfiorando la vittoria piloti e squadre del campionato 2009 (risultati 2008 e 2009), iniziamo con qualche piccolo lavoretto a livello di textures e skin (per citarne due abbiamo disegnato le skin ufficiali del campionato organizzato da DrivingItalia.net Minardi by Corbetta Competizioni F3 Cup per conto di Minardi, e abbiamo disegnato le skin per InsideSimRacing che furono usate per una preview di nKPro ai tempi della 1.0.3)
- Nasce il software MDCBox, setup comparer che gestisce anche alcune opzioni nascoste dal gioco. Si evolverà nel tempo con le nuove versioni di nkpro, e si arricchirà di setup per ogni vettura basati sui manuali delle controparti reali alle auto del gioco.
- Nasce il MaiDireSetup, guida all'assetto dedicata a nkpro, piuttosto completa e approfondita. Anche questa si evolverà man mano...
- Dopo anni di sviluppo nasce Magione per nkpro, nata con cura certosina sia a livello di textures e luci, sia a livello di 3D. La parte di asfalto è stata riprodotta usando la telemetria reale per ricreare un FFb e un feeling simile al reale.
- Nel mentre abbiamo partecipato al Trofeo Abarth MTV con buoni risultati, sempre utilizzando una versione adattata di nkpro, che poi è anche stata l'ultima competizione a cui abbiamo partecipato ufficialmente.
- Abbiamo inoltre collaborato con i RadiatorSprings per la creazione della Gallardo per nkpro

We are still looking for a programmer to join our staff, with the aim of developing app in python to be included ingame, and general software for AssettoCorsa.

- After (and during) a couple of championships GPC concluded with good results and close to winning drivers and teams 2009 championship ( 2008 and 2009 results ), we start with some small job in terms of textures and skins (we designed skins of official championship organized by DrivingItalia.net Minardi by Corbetta Competitions F3 Cup on behalf of Minardi, and we designed the skin for InsideSimRacing that were used for a preview of nKPro at the time of 1.0.3 )
- Birth of the MDCBox software, setup comparer which also manages some hidden options from the game. Will evolve over time with new versions of nkpro , and includes setup for each car based on the manuals of the real-life counterparts to the cars in the game.
- Birth of the MaiDireSetup (NeverSaySetup), setup guide dedicated to nkpro rather complete and thorough.
- After years of development comes Magione for nkpro, created with painstaking care both in terms of textures and lights, both in terms of 3D. The part of the asphalt has been reproduced using real life telemetry to recreate a real FFB and a feeling similar to the real.
- Meanwhile , we participated in the Trofeo Abarth MTV with good results, always use an adapted version of nkpro, which is also the last competition in which we participated officially .
