Formula Abarth Skin Template

Hey all,

I have recently been working on making a template so I could begin skinning the Vermin Racing team skins in AC. It looks good so I decided to release the template so anyone can skin their own livery for Assetto Corsa.

Here's how the Vermin Racing Team skin turned out using the template...


The template is layered so it should be fairly easy to paint your own skins for it.  I put some instructions in the zip file.

It's not perfect and I am sure there will be better versions than my template that come out.  But for anyone interested here is the skin template

Tip

cool, nice working template. The layers do even work (can be selected) in my good old, simple Paint Shop Pro 5 .

[For converting to DDS, the "DDS converter 2.1" also works to convert psd and else to DDS. Or "picture converter" might work also -looks similar-.]

I forgot to say that AC has a bit of an odd way of mapping the texture, so if you have writing/sponsors on both sides of your car, you have to mirror the text on the template on one side (the upside down side is normal so you all you need to do is make the text upside down) otherwise you will have one side with normal text and the other side mirrored in the game.

I posted a pic of how it looks on my skin (because I don't know if I can explain it properly...lol)
