Help your wonderfful app has stopped working

First off congrats on the app, its awesome and probably responsible for at least a couple of hours extra play each session. Unfortunately it has stopped working for me since one of the updates. I have fiddled around and probably made matters worse. Also your log file is in Italian so I am totally loss, any help is really appreciated, here is the log file

Any advice ?  ... I would deinstall and try again but I dont know were to start .. which files do I delete in which folders ? 

This app really gives me a reason to keep coming back to this sim

I am having exactly the same problem (identical log file)  I havent been able to connect for weeks and have no stats recorded.

Jesus is there anybody here ? are there any alternatives

I know its a free app so I should not expect much in terms of support but this is incredibly piss poor, and would not really warm me to idea for paying for any paid version.

Maybe it's August, and people is on holiday, and what about posting on the correct section? I guess you would have more chances of success, don't take this as a promise, though,
