Qualification and races will be in FULL MODE.
Remember that you can't load any setup in FULL MODE. If you need to load a setup, do it before the race.
Remember that in full mode, if you will break your car you have to wait for the reparation time. It's not allowed go disconnect and reconnect to the server to repair your car.
Remember that pressing GO TO PIT or GO TO BOX in full mode will result in having a reparation time. Always drive back to box during qualifying if you want to change your tires, for example.
In case your car is damaged heavily press GO TO BOX for reparation. Drive to box only in case this will not be a risk for anyone.
bug: if you press add fuel before the reparation is finished, you reparation time could be set to 99999 min.solution in this case just press - fuel and your timer will be set again to the correct value.
Stay in pit session: once you join the server you will be placed in the "Stay in pit" session. This session is for allowing everyone joining the session and to solve problems. Drivers with high ping should try to reconnect. If the problem will not be solved they can't participate to the race. Please remember to use only wired connection (no WiFi or HSDPA key allowed because those connections generate lag).
Warmup: we will set the Race session with a waiting time before start of 3 minutes. This will allow everyone to warm up their tires and brakes.
Everyone is allowed to go out from the grid/box. at 30 seconds from the start you will be placed automatically on the grid.
during the warmup the full mode is off, so if you eventually break your car, you can repair it without waiting simply pressing go to box.
Rule 5 (a.k.a. 5 corners rule): It is important to pay attention especially in the first part of the race, where all cars are close to each other. For this reason, we define per each track the “red zone”, where the 5 corners rule applies. 5 corners is just a convention. For each track the red zone might be extended till a safer zone.
The responsibility of all drivers is to avoid incidents in the first corners which can have massive consequences and therefore all participants must be careful.
Starts must be as clean and incident-free as possible. The finish line is not at the first turn. Turn 1 cannot be approached as it happens during the qualification session. The tires are cold, the car is heavy and the track crowded. Drivers must act wisely and drive safely for themselves and for the other participants, for example by:
o braking earlier than normal
o maintaining a safe distance from the other cars during the first corners
o giving enough space to other drivers with some margin for error by other participants
Any collision from behind will result in the driver behind being considered as the guilty driver, unless the car in front has lost control.
In case of accident on the “red zone” the Race Director could penalize the drivers directly.
