no its not possible 
at least for us normal guys, somehow you could change physics of each car but you could imagine only those people who dont do this can do it

As Vincent said, this car, just as the real one, has fixed gear ratios.
And most importantly, the only people that knows how to do it (RSR team who created the Gallardo, and kegetys that created this), would never change official content.
