Problem with the username

Hola gente, tengo un problema en el juego en el cual no funciona el RSR.
Al principio me funcionaba bien, luego cambie el nombre de usuario en Steam y desde ese momento en la pagina web del RSR me dice bienvenido "tional".
Volvi a poner el nombre anterior en Steam y me sigue haciendo lo mismo, alguna sugerencia?

Hi folks, I have a problem in the game which does not work in the RSR. 
At first I worked fine, then change the username on Steam and from that moment on the website of the RSR tells me welcome "tional". 
I went back to the old name put on Steam and I'm still doing the same, any suggestions?

Ciao gente, ho un problema nel gioco che non funziona nel RSR. 
In un primo momento ho lavorato bene, quindi cambiare il nome utente su Steam e da quel momento sul sito della RSR mi dice benvenuto "zionale". 
Sono tornato al vecchio nome messo su Steam e sto ancora facendo lo stesso, qualche suggerimento?
