It's false , I wish it deleted and sry for the inconvenience I might have caused..
**edit** it seems to be Assetto Corsa track mod related where the map/level/track recognizes the car's first out lap over the finish as a full lap.
Simple way around is before driving to first "go to the pits" and start from there.
