    There would still be normal qualifying (just before the race) with pre-qualifying. Thinking about it some more; maybe it would be ok if ranked times (or live timing) decided the groups, but to have a PQ server like with GPC where you had to set your times would be a pain tbh. I like how with this champ' we have a lot more practice races, so even if the actual event doesn't go brilliantly, you've still had a lot of fun rather than having spent ages hotlapping.
