I read there was an update, improvement / a change somewhere around v0.3 (previous or close after) to the Imola track. So maybe your Imola track(data, lines) did not all over update properly back then for whatever reason. This just as an idea, what could have happened to your installation.

a priori your suggestion to control the cache simulation was good
!! steam put me 3 files it detected missing, and more problems if I stay in the paths shown on my 2 mini video, whatever the speed of passage of the witness live RSR remains GREEN!
So, problem solved!
