To celebrate the new track just released for nkpro, Magione, we decided to change our racing calendar, and include the new track straight away.

Our server is already up, and connected to the live timing.
Prequalifications starts from now.

Here is the schedule:
Prequalification until Thurday 10 May 2012 at 10:00 AM.
drivers from 1 to 15 in group A
drivers from 16 to 30 in group B

Thursday 10 May2012
21:00 (CET, UTC+1) Briefing in our Chat
Qualification: 15 minutes. No restriction on the amount of laps
Warmup: 5 min (waiting time before the race session)
Race 1: 9 laps
Warmup: 5 min (waiting time before the race session)
Race 2: 15 laps (inverted grid)

Races will NOT be in Full Mode.

Ma il 10 Maggio non si diveva correre al Mugello (come riferisce il calendario ufficiale della Gallardo Series League)...???

The calendar on gpcos wasn't updated yet (it is now), but, as we said on the first post, we will race at Magione next week instead of Mugello.

I think every car except a Kart and the Abarth is too wide for this tight track for races , not much overtaking possibilities on such a tight
track with normal cars, could lead easily to a few collisions here if not driving very conservative.

you're right, the track is narrow (11 m) but in real life there are overtaking and races are not boring ...
also the conformation of the track allows to be very close ...
i love to drive on Magione with Osella..

Well it is a nice variation to have such a different track in the calendar, we need just to have to get used to it, but I still doubt
that there is enogh room for two cars side by side, because with just your own car on track the track-width is almost filled already beside maybe the straights .

i checked now.. Zandvoort (real) is 10 meters, Magione (real and for nkp) is 11.. rather than a problem of width, i think the problem is to find the right spot to overtaking... Perhaps with the GVB is a little harder tha other cars...

it's necessary the replay for the prequal??

I hope this time the grid will be really inverted... Because I need that!

Well, I don't know how you guys squeeze out such impressive laptimes here at both sectors, ..seems not to be my kind of track.
I'm going with 30-60 km/h understeering (and oversteering at exit) and sliding through corners and it sometimes feels like as if I would be quicker by foot as with the car .

yup that's the problem. I was pushing too hard as well. Try to find your lines and roll through the fast corners. Way too slow if you don't, especially the last turn!
