Graphic problem.

Hope you could help me.

I upgraded few days ago my video card (Ati radeon hd 4850) with windows update but I had a problem at each boot with an .exe wich couldn't be loaded.

So I uninstalled and clear this driver with driver cleaner and I just installed the lastest catalyst driver (v 12.6)

Since that, from the cockpit view, the track close to the car is clear but after some metters it seems fuzzy (see the white line)

Have you got an idea about that, this is really not confortable for driving.

I solved it, I create a profile for NKP with "AMD Vision Engine Control Center" but I had to reduce the anti-aliasing to 2x otherwise my cockpit was transparent --> https://2img.net/r/ihimizer/img407/6555/nkscr500abarthdonington.jpg

Try out any kind of filter settings or so in the Catalyst Control Center.
If this does not help deinstall the graphic driver (you could keep the current Ati/Amd HD Audio und SB drivers that came with your current package) and try out Catalyst v10.6 and/or v10.7 from 2010.., that driver releases had the best FPS performance and also a sharp picture quality. Everything that came afterwards (especially from 11.x onwards) worked not as good for me as I used a HD 5770 back in 2010/2011. So try out that older driver and it should maybe work ok again, but this all is just a tip for WinXP. -Anyway just try out another/older driver release for your card s.th. between 10.6 - 11.x for example, maybe that solves it.

I had issue with the 10.6 catalyst drivers, I had white flash during race in the cockpit, so I installed the latest version 12.6 and all is fine now.

but I have a nvidia...
