New version of Monza in the Control Panel.

This version is an improvement from previous version release for GPC.
Some objects have been completely remapped. Fixed grass, sand, and some more objects.

Sono curioso di provarla, ho girato a Monza diverse volte cosi vediamo le differenze.
Lo dico anche al Gayo.

I'm curios to test it, i've allready do some laps in real track with my car.

Don't expect too much from this newer version. Just few (but extremely important) details have been improved. This will be the base for the next final release with completely new textures created by Giovanni Culmone. At the moment, the 3d was still not up to his standards, therefore we couldn't release his package.

mi piacerebbe sapere i tempi che con la 1800 si fanno su questa splendida pista che avete realizzato.

Questo lo feci qualche tempo fa, appena rilasciato la beta, con un set al volo ed era il 3° o 4° però considera che conosco la pista perché ci ho girato (chi è che non la conosce ? ).
Penso che al 57 ci si arriva, forse anche 56.

Beh se ho fatto un 58.3 io al terzo giro...credo che il 56.5 sia fattibile

Since we had some complains about people disconnecting to repair their car, we decided to modify our server setting.

It will not be possible anymore to join the server during the Qualification session.
It will be possible to join the server only during the first session (Remain in Pit).
In case, by any chance, you loose your connection to the server during qualification, or deliberately disconnect, you are allowed to join the server before the race starts, during the 3 minutes Warmup before the green lights.


I want to remember anyone that is NOT allowed to chat, for any reason during qualification and race session. You can speak only after the last driver finish his race.

I got to do an exorcism to my provider, for hoping not miss the right time to hook the server...

which kind of problem did you face, Claudio?

Just sometimes i can't join the server at first attempt...and not even at the second.
However i notice a better improvement, in last times , and i want to be optimistic:

Monza.
it's really exciting race here ... even with a simulator. Monza has a great charm

Race 1: Qualifying goes well and do my pb, 1:56.9. 2nd in grid behind the faster Steverink. At the start, as always Naldi starts like a spring.
However, in the Ascari he makes a mistake and I avoid it really a breath. I hold the 2nd place, then Steverink makes a mistake at the 1st chicane and step into the lead. But he turns around 1 sec faster than me on the last lap and I cannot keep him behind me, so he passes me. 2nd place

Race 2: slightly slower than the Q1, however, are in 1st row.
As usual, Naldi starts better. From here starts a battle between me and him that has lasted all 10 laps. We passed 3 or 4 times ... an exciting fight!
In final lap at Ascari, i take the inside, He arrives a little long and I pass into 2nd.

Quali' 1, made an error at Ascari on my fastest lap, then crossed the line with a second to spare (according to my timer) but made an error at turn 2.

In the race we were three wide heading into turn 1 but myself and Andrea made contact. I tried to carry on but the car was undriveable.

Quali' 2, was over before I had even left the pitlane:


A car lagged back breaking my suspension, and after the 10 min time displayed I thought I'd get a few laps in, but then it jumped to 15 mins straight afterwards

The race went a lot better, from dead last to a podium place! Had a good battle with Andrea along the way

Great fun yesterday. First race, finished after 3-400 meters, unfurtunately. As Marius described, we hooked up before T1.Not enough space for a safe 3 wide!

Race2 was a wonderful fight with Marius. We run together for 10 laps almost always with the same times, with very respectful overtakes. In the last laps, I had Albert coming over, so I pushing a bit more I managed to gain close the gap with Marius. Then unfortunately at the last lap Albert decided to touch my butt . I managed to finish my race anyway. Such a pity. It could have been a nice fight till the end.

Non riesco a capire ancora come ho fatto a non vincere nemmeno 1 gara ieri sera....

Ho fatto 2 partenze che neanche un vecchio rimbambito!!!!! Giravo quasi 1 secondo piu' veloce di tutti in pista...Che rabbia!

in gara 2 sei stato irrefrenabilmente attratto dal mio posteriore, se no il podio non ci sfuggiva e chissà anche la vittoria, era li vicina a portata di mano

Great races and cheap thrills, yesterday evening in Monza...

Started behind cause few practices as usual, (i got to leave my job...)
I've engaged some exciting duel on race one with Seghieri, and with Migrouille, and Waetcher
on race two, collecting a fifth and a seventh final places.




Which are the real pleasures into life?

...Food?
...Sex?

...Vices?

The very real pleasure is the comment and analisy post on forum, the day after the race...

Azz....sono uscito a 1000 km/h dall'Ascari, davanti ho visto che di colpo avete rallentato e non sono riuscito ad evitarvi...ma non mi era sembrato così netto il contatto con la tua vettura dal mio cockpit. Ti chiedo scusa, e mi spiace non averlo fatto subito dopo la gara ma ti ripeto che non avevo idea che la dinamica fosse stata così netta. Io pensavo ad un contatto ruota ruota...

eheh Fortunato, avevo Luca e Vincenzo davanti a me che lottavano e non avevo modo per passarli perché erano sempre affiancati
aspettavo per vedere come evolveva la situazione e magari tentare il sorpasso alla staccata della Parabolica o nel rettilineo dei box ma...
