Track Released - Bahrain

Merry Christmas Everyone

Here's version 1 of Bahrain:-

I read that for the 2011 season they are reverting the track back to the original, shorter configuration (apparently due to last years "Bore-ain" GP), so that's the config I've used.

This one is definitely a 1.0 job, I've tried to smooth the mesh out and even rebuilt some of the track mesh as best as I could, but there are still a few bumps that I'm not happy about, so if there are any mesh experts out there who feel they could find time to improve the smoothness, then please let me know and I'll happily mail you the .max file.
That said, there's still a great deal of fun to be had racing it in it's current state.

Massive thanks and respect to CTDP for the sheer amount of work that must have gone in to scratch building this, and for kindly giving me permission to convert it.

Any reports of problems/suggestions for improvements would be much appreciated.

@Gary: I don't know if you are planning to convert non F1 tracks but there are 2 wonderful tracks I'm waiting for!

Mid Ohio is already converted. we are waiting for authorization. Unfortunately we haven't found yet the right person. No one answered so far. If you guys have any contacts with the dev team, please let us know.

Who is the DEV? Any link for this conversion? Is it done by RSR?

I think...Don t work like this...no permit/no track....
lot of works in a back of a costruction ...need respect the works done of other part

im stunned at the attention to detail and the level of professionalism when doing these tracks. they are on a completely different level to other tracks like australia and brazil.

out of all the sims ive raced on, these have to be some of the best tracks ive ever raced on.

please, dont stop with this fantastic work. i cant praise you enough
