In 3ds max modify the opacity parameter. In this example is set to 50%. It actually depends on the texture you are using. In this case it's just a light blue texture without any alpha channel.
2) in KofEdit una volta impostato "auto alpha", selezionare alpha blend e Trasparent Diffuse come in figura:
In KofEdit, check "auto alpha", select alpha blend and Transparent Diffise, as shown in the picture.
