I dunno, yes it's the same engine (so maybe), but the F10 & KS2 have similarities so maybe that increases compatibility or something.

I PM'd he too, with the script I have for partially extracting the contents of the FVA archives (as it's I can only extract the textures), hoping he might add to it but no response. I guess a lot of people have probably contacted him

I doubt it. But who knows maybe ferrari may come to an agreement to license the mod , but I guess its like steeling a car and trying to negotiate a payment plan afterwards, I doubt ferrari will be very happy about it
