What do you think about joining the GVB server all together something around 20.45 to verify the FPS status, and then to decide the proper graphic resolution for the race? I guess most of the people will have problem here...I've switched to 1024x768 resolution (such a pity in a 16:9 screen), and my FPS were stable around 200 with some drop to 130-140, but I was alone in track....

Ok, I see a replay of group A is already linked above, so I leave mine out this time, not necessary to upload two of them.

Good races, just a bit trouble at the start of race 1 (someone spun or got hit before that and stood in chicane 1) and in lap 2 of race 2, as Andrea in front of me got touched from someone else in Lesmo 1 and spun, but I managed to get through with just a little wall-touch (no damage, though the car felt not very comfortable in the Ascari anymore in race 2 I thought). ---
I thought (hoped), I could be slightly better regarding the results, but my positions after a quite bad qualy were already 'nailed' at the start of both races, also everyone in front of me turned out to be quick drivers as well, could close up a few seconds in both races to the cars in front of me over the race-distance, but all of them were on qutie an equal speed as mine.

The FPS in chicane 2 was still fine for me, still some little slow-down, but far away from freezing or s.th. (I guess it was still at 70-90 FPS average there at lap 1 of race 2 for example as many cars were in front there at such situation), PC is now in a much better performance-condition after I replaced (and upgraded) my CPU and the Ram bars (better timings possible with the 'new' Rams at no memtest errors).

giancarlo visto replay della gara e si vede chiaramente che metti le gomme sull'erba in staccata ovvio che ti potevi solo girare, ho provato ad evitarti ma non mi è riuscita la manovra, banale incidente di gara...

Invece io chiedo scusa a tutti i piloti di gara due gruppo b, per la staccata che ho fatto alla prima variante, spero di non aver toccato nessuno...

For sure great recovery of the master, but where did the contact happen ? I just don't see any contact in my replay happening to Maarten, the car seems ok, I see just the little mistake as he goes off in the Ascari at the beginning and lost many positions, but no damage happening to the car, -after that great recovery.. . -edit: Ok, now I saw it, so you meant the big contact in the last lap, did not watch the replay to the end / not seen the last lap before this edit.

It was on the last lap of race 1, coming into chicane 2. Gianluca was braking when he was in the grass, and couldn't avoid me. He was a passenger from the moment he touched the grass :-)

In Ascari on the first lap i saw Luca Mosca coming on the inside, and if i would have taken the turn, he would have hit me, so i decided to go for the gravel instead Smile

No contact, just took the gravel to avoid contact!

yep, always better to go off the track than to probably crash with someone.

I had (race 2) a bit luck that my car got no damage as Gentile tried (a bit too optimistic, -too fast there in the corner as trying to approach from the inner side + maybe a slight contact between us (don't know, not recognizeable) at the entry making his rear get into a light slide-) overtaking at the parabolica, as he drifted and stood already 90° inner that corner, a big contact was not avoidable in any case, but only his car got hit by mine, my car stood like being untouched -that happens sometimes due to kind of lag or s.th. . At a contact of two cars sometimes one car gets away with no contact/damage in NetKar like in that case.

I had btw. a great manouver with Dawson there in the parabolica as he came from the inner side and overtook me in there, we both were going side by side through that corner -almost impossible normally, but with a bit less and controlled speed it is possible-, I could catch my position back on the straight, because I was better/earlier on accerleration out of the parabolica. Dawson is always a great, clean racer, he always knows what he's doing.
